When offered I attend an open studio at the Indianapolis Art Center. I just started a new session today. Thought I’d share the drawings with you.
That’s what I did today, here are some I did from past sessions.
At times, when I get the models back, rather than move I concentrate on the artists beyond the model.
And sometimes when I get the model’s front.
Or side.
Sometimes the model is late and the class monitor steps in to substitute until the model shows up.
Then there are times when I revert to type, ignore the model and practice caricaturing the other artists.

Today I was booked for four hours at the Grand Opening of a Chase Bank Branch. I didn’t get a shot of everyone I drew but I got most of them.
